London Irish forward George Stowers will face his second Rugby Football Union disciplinary hearing of the season on Monday.

Stowers has been cited for an alleged dangerous tackle on Sale Sharks flanker David Seymour during last Sunday's Aviva Premiership victory at the Madejski Stadium. Stowers scored a crucial try during the 39-26 win. But he will appear before a three-man RFU panel in London on Monday afternoon.

Samoa international Stowers, 31, was sent off for a dangerous tackle on Bath full-back Nick Abendanon in September. But RFU disciplinary chief Judge Jeff Blackett, who will also chair next week's hearing, decided the red card was sufficient punishment and No.8 Stowers was freed to continue playing.
