Worcester Warriors chief executive Charles Cameron has left the club after just nine months in the role.

Non-executive director Anthony Glossop will take on a part-time executive role as Worcester search for a replacement.

Charles Cameron said: "I am proud of what I achieved at Sixways and I am very disappointed to have lost the backing of the board of the trading company just as I felt real progress was being made."

"I should like to thank the players, coaches, staff and fans for their support. I shall continue to support the Warriors and have every confidence that given time, Dean Ryan and his team will deliver a successful Premiership side."
