Parliament recognises top clubs' community work

Three English clubs have been nominated for a top Parliamentary award thanks to their work in local communities. Bristol, Sale Sharks and Saracens have been shortlisted for the BreakThru Award at the All-party Parliamentary Rugby Union Group's Premiership Rugby Community Awards. The honour recognises clubs who use rugby to improve health, education and social cohesion in local communities. This year's shortlisted programmes are:
The Community Awards, now in their ninth year, feature four different categories: the BreakThru Award, the Play Award, the Community Impact Award, and, new for 2014, the Community Champion Award. The winners will be announced at an award ceremony hosted by the All Party Parliamentary Rugby Union Group and World Cup-winner Jason Robinson in the Members' Dining Room at the House of Commons on July 3. © ESPN Sports Media Ltd
