Kyle Eastmond and Semesa Rokoduguni will start for Bath against London Irish on Saturday despite being declared unfit for England's game against Samoa. Billy Vunipola, dropped by England, goes straight into the Saracens line-up.

Eastmond suffered concussion in England's win over South Africa last week, while Rokoduguni has been nursing a hip injury since England's opening autumn international against New Zealand. Jonathan Joseph, who was also released by England, is named alongside Eastmond at centre for Bath. Gavin Henson starts at fly-half, while Matt Garvey makes his first start of the season in the back row. For London Irish, Shane Geraghty, Conor Gilsenan and Scott Steele return to the starting XV as they try to reverse a run of three straight defeats.

Vunipola starts for Saracens against Northampton on Sunday, with Jim Hamilton also returning to the line-up alongside Alastair Hargreaves. Will Fraser and Jackson Wray make up the back row, with Rhys Gill, Jamie George and Juan Figallo in the front row. Richard Wigglesworth is on the England bench so Ben Spencer starts at scrum-half.

For Northampton, James Wilson comes in on the wing and James Craig returns with Samu Manoa shifting to No.8. Luther Burrell continues at inside centre after being released by England. Phil Dowson captains the side from openside flanker.

Dave Ewers returns to the Exeter starting line-up for the visit of Wasps on Saturday in Rob Baxter's only change. Wasps have made three changes to their starting line-up, with Sam Jones replacing recalled England flanker James Haskell. Bradley Davies and Lorenzo Cittadini return after representing Wales and Italy respectively last weekend. Chris Bell captains the side in Haskell's absence.

For Leicester's game against London Welsh on Sunday, Freddie Burns replaces Owen Williams at fly-half and Tommy Bell makes his first Premiership start at full-back. Adam Thompstone is named on the wing in place of Miles Benjamin for his first Premiership appearance of the season. Robert Barbieri returns from Italy duty and takes a place on the bench as Brad Thorn captains the side.

London Welsh have made four changes for the clash at the Kassam Stadium. New signing from Bradford Bulls Elliot Kear takes a place on the bench immediately, while Gordon Ross starts at fly-half. Ricky Reeves and Nathan Vella come in at loosehead and hooker respectively and Opeti Fonua makes his first start at Number 8 in place of the injured Chris Hala'ufia.
