Geal Fickou is a high-rated young French centre who is widely tipped to become a star of the global game.
Fickou moved from Toulon to Toulouse in 2012 and quick made an impact. As an 18-year-old, he scored the only try of the game as Toulouse beat Leicester Tigers in the Heineken Cup group stages in October 2012. His pace, power and ability drew him to the attention of France coach Philippe Saint-Andre, who called the Toulouse centre up to his autumn internationals squad before calling on him for the 2013 Six Nations squad. However injury forced him to withdraw from the squad.
