Profile

The Ricoh Arena is the home of Coventry City Football Club but the ground is no stranger to rugby. Indeed, both London Wasps and Saracens have staged Heineken Cup clashes at the venue.

The Ricoh, or City of Coventry Stadium as it will be known during the 2015 Rugby World Cup because stadium corporate sponsorship is forbidden by the International Rugby Board (IRB), also staged both semi-finals of the 2008-2009 Anglo-Welsh Cup.

Opened in 2005, the ground was constructed at a cost of £113 million and boasts a capacity of 32,609.
