Edinburgh have been rocked by the news that fullback-turned-fly-half Greig Tonks will miss the remainder of the 2013-14 season. Tonks requires surgery after injuring his shoulder during the 16-16 draw against England Saxons while on duty with Scotland A. Edinburgh head coach Alan Solomons says: "This is really disappointing news for Greig [Tonks]. He's had a good season for the club and had performed well as injury cover in a new position. We all wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to him re-joining the squad at the start of pre-season." It's estimated that Tonks will be out of action for four to six months. © ESPN Sports Media Ltd
