Young and Quinnell back in action for Cardiff

Cardiff coach Lynn Howells has named the team to play Ulster in the
Heineken Cup on Friday.

Club captain David Young starts the game on the replacements bench along
with Mike Voyle and Craig Morgan, with Gareth Thomas playing on the left wing.

Craig Quinnell returns in the second row and, with Dan Baugh sidelined with
a shoulder injury and Greg Kacala resting a knee strain, Wayne Fyvie plays
at number six.Hooker and former Welsh skipper Jonathan Humphreys will be appearing in his 30th consecutive
Heineken Cup tie.
