Soccer City, known commercially as the FNB Stadium, is a 94,700-capacity stadium situated in the Soweto township of Johannesburg.
Traditionally a football stadium, it played a central role in the 2010 FIFA World Cup, hosting the opening game and the tournament final amongst others.
It is scheduled to host its first rugby match when South Africa tackle New Zealand on August 21, 2010 in the Tri-Nations.
