Profile

Tune's career was filled with stunning highlights but injury was never been far behind. Despite chronic knee problems, he played 46 Tests for Australia between his debut against Wales in 1996 and his final appearance for the Wallabies against Argentina in 2002.

He was a key member of the side that claimed the 1999 Rugby World Cup in Wales, scoring a try in the final against France, and shared in the Wallabies 2000 Tri-Nations success. He played primarily on the wing but later switched to outside centre and touched down for a total of 24 international tries.

He began his career with the Brothers club in Brisbane and went on to earn Super Rugby honours with the Queensland Reds - making his debut in the inaugural Super 12 season in 1996.
