Profile

Youngster Scott Andrews was called up to Warren Gatland's Wales squad for the 2010 November internationals after impressing for the Cardiff Blues. The prop was part of Wales Junior World Championship semi-final team in 2008, while he captained the U-20s in the 2009 Six Nations and JWC. He made his debut for the Blues later that year against Ulster away and his rise continued as the full national team came calling.

The ex-Glamorgan Wanderers prop came through the Pontypridd Schools system and is a former Y Pant Comprehensive Schools pupil. Andrews has been capped at Under 16, Under 18 and Under 20 levels.
