- Saracens duo Fabio Ongaro and Matias Aguero have left the Guinness Premiership club to join new Magners League franchise Aironi Rugby. Also leaving Vicarage Road are veteran fly-half Glen Jackson, scrum-half Moses Rauluni and centre Kevin Sorrell, who have all retired. Sorrell and Rauluni will now take up positions with the club's academy.
- The Ospreys have released four squad memebers, with prop Ross Davies, hooker Ed Shervington, scrum-half Liam Davies and winger Jonny Vaughton all leaving the region at the end of the season.
- James Arlidge has signed a one-year deal with Championship side Nottingham after leaving Newport-Gwent Dragons. The Japanese international had previously turned out for the Highlanders and Blues in Super Rugby.
"He fits with our plans to play exciting attacking rugby and he will give us strong leadership of a youthful and exuberant backline," Nottingham director of rugby Glenn Delaney said. "Having lost Tim Taylor to Gloucester we needed to bring in a fly half of true calibre and in James we believe we have found it."
