Referee David Rose, who is a constant feature in the Aviva Premiership, has been suspended by the Rugby Football Union after he appeared in court on Monday to answer a charge of benefit fraud. Rose is accused of claiming unemployment benefits while not disclosing he was being paid as a self-employed referee. Rose had been due to attend the Plymouth magistrate's court last Friday but failed to appear. The case has been adjourned until December 2. © ESPN Sports Media Ltd
