London Welsh booked their Championship play-off place with a 32-21 win over London Scottish on Sunday, coming from 14-12 down at the break. The result also puts paid to Scottish's chances of making the play-offs as they are now 13 points adrift of the top four with four games remaining.

Leaders Bristol routed already-relegated basement side Ealing 82-28, including a seven-minute spell when they scored five tries with Ealing down to 13 players.

In a game of four yellow cards, Rotherham consolidated their third-place position with a 33-12 win at Bedford while fourth-placed Leeds Carnegie also won, 27-20 at Nottingham.
