Wasps are looking to add another fly-half to their squad after Ruaridh Jackson suffered a long-term injury.

Jackson suffered an ACL injury and is out for between six to nine months. It was a bitter blow for Jackson who only moved to Wasps in the close-season and was playing well against Northampton when he sustained the injury.

Wasps now have Andy Goode and Alex Lozowski as their fly-half options and Wasps coach Dai Young has confirmed they are looking to add another No.10 to their books.

"We're discussing whether it's worth looking to bring someone else in and I think we'll definitely dip our toe in the market to see who is about," Young told the Bucks Free Press. "We're not going to bring in somebody just for the sake of it, but if we believe somebody is out there who could add to us and take a bit of the pressure off then we'll look at it.

"It's not an ideal time to be looking for ten, but we'll certainly look and see if there is anybody out there who could come in and make an impact for us."
