Wallabies fullback Israel Folau has won the 2014 John Eales Medal.

The New South Wales Waratahs star (314) beat Michael Hooper (232) to the award, with James Slipper (208), Tevita Kuridrani (202) and Steven Moore rounding out the top five at the ceremony at Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney.

The ARU also inducted Wylie Breckenridge, Greg Davis & Simon Poidevin into the Wallabies Hall of Fame.
