England's players could scoop part of a £2 million jackpot if they win the Six Nations on Saturday, according to reports.

The Daily Telegraph says the players will be in line to collect part of the £368,000 title bonus if they finish top of the tree come Saturday evening. Had they successfully beaten Ireland and went on to claim the Grand Slam, that figure would have risen to £600,000.

The total pot - including match fees, image rights and training fees - equates to just over £2m with players who were ever-present throughout the championship collecting in the region of £91,000 each if they win the championship on Saturday.

England head into the final weekend top of the Six Nations tree with a points difference of four more than Ireland, who travel to Scotland, and 25 more than Wales who journey to Italy on the final day.
