Tonga have made it two wins on the trot in the Pacific Nations Cup with an impressive 33-19 win over the United States in Toronto.

The Pacific Islanders backed up their win over Canada with a dominant three-try display; centre Fetu'u Vainikolo bagging a double and winger Telusa Veainu also on the scoresheet.

Fly-half Kurt Morath enjoyed a fine night with the boot, the playmaker missing just one shot in a personal 18-point haul as Tonga moved out to a 33-9 lead midway through the second-half.

The Eagles could only manage points through the boot of centre Folau Nuia before replacement Andrew Durutalo crossed for two late tries to add some respectability to the scoreline.
