Loose-heads Nick Auterac and Nathan Catt re-sign with Bath

Bath Rugby have received a timely boost ahead of their match against Northampton Saints this weekend with Nick Auterac and Nathan Catt extending their stay at the club.

Both loose-heads have signed new deals and Bath coach Mike Ford is delighted with their decision.

"It's fantastic for us to be retaining the services of Nathan and Nick, two outstanding young props," said Ford. "They both have their best years ahead of them too, and with someone of the calibre of Neal Hatley overseeing their development in the pack, they'll keep going from strength to strength. We see them as the modern-day props: not just excellent at the set piece, but mobile and skilful around the field."

Auterac has been a mainstay in the Bath side this season while Catt is back in the frame after a spell out injured.
