French worry over injury problems

The fitness of Olivier Brouzet continues to worry the French squad, as the second row again failed to complete a training session on Monday.
He was joined on the sidelines by centre Christophe Dominici who limped out midway through the session with a bruised leg.
Brouzet has been troubled by the injury to his vertebrae for some time and an operation at the beginning of the year seems to have been unsuccessful in sorting out the problem. He spent the remainder of yesterday in the company of team physio Xavier Gousse and questions are now being raised in France as to how long he will be given to prove his fitness before a replacement is called in.
Doiminici received a blow to his leg, but after treatment from the medical team he seemed in good spirits and is likely to be available for the fist game against Canada on Saturday.
