Wallabies could lose Noriega for Cup

Utility prop Patricio Noriega could be out of the World Cup before it has even started.
Noriega injured his shoulder in training on Wednesday, and reports suggest the joint was dislocated.
The prop - capped nine times for Australia after moving there from Argentina where he won 22 caps - will have an X-Ray on Thursday, but the odds on Noriega being fit even for the later stages of the tournament are slim.
It would be ironic if Australia cannot field one of their many non-Australian-born players after months of righteous indignation from the ARU over the "defection" to Wales of Jason Jones-Hughes.
