October 13, 1999

Former Argentine captain Pedro Sporleder returns to the side for his first game of the tournament against Japan on Saturday.
The 6'6" second row was picked up a groin strain the day before the Puma's opening game against Wales and is only now 100 % fit.

The replacements will be confirmed on Thursday
There are also two changes among the backs, with Octavio Bartolucci and Manuel Contepomi dropped in favour of Gonzalo Camerdon and Ignacio Corleto.
Team: Corletto; Camerdon, Simone, Arbizu (capt), Albanese; Quesada, Pichot; Reggiardo, Ledesma, Hasan, Sporleder, Allub; Phelan, Martin, Fernandez Lobbe.
