28 days for Canadian flanker
London
October 16, 1999

Canadian flanker Danny Baugh, sent off for stamping in the match against Namibia on Thursday, has been banned for four weeks, a World Cup spokesman confirmed on Saturday.
The former night club bouncer was informed of the decision after the
disciplinary committee had studied the referee's report and looked at video evidence.
Two Namibian forwards, also cited for stamping in the same game, were cleared. They are prop Gerhard Opperman and flanker Mathys van Rooyen.
