Reports in New Zealand are suggesting that Scotland will replace Wales as tourists to the country next year.
A Welsh tour was pencilled in for May and June, but the Welsh have now decided against touring anywhere next year and the Scots look set to fill the void.

The visit could involve 8 games, including two tests and after discussions in the last week new Scottish coach Ian McGeechan is keen for the trip to take place.

Scottish press officer Graham Law has confirmed to Scrum that the tour will take place but is unable to confim the fixtures "We are hopeful that there will be eight games with two test, but discussions are still taking place," he said.
