The Dubai Sevens, taking place at the beginning of December, will feature Kenya for the first time.
The side is looking to increase their International profile and team manager Stuart Urquhart said that "Kenya has considerable potential in the seven-a-side game and thanks largely to the establishment of the International Safari Sevens, it is beginning to gain exposure to help develop the game at international level."

"The formation of the National Sevens Circuit will further expose players to a higher level of rugby to help raise the standards and to develop the local talent which can then be fed into the national structure."

Fifteen other nations including holders Fiji, New Zealand and Canada will participate in the 30th anniversary of the tournament.
