De Beer let Sale down - Hadley

Sale Sharks Director of Rugby, former Welsh international Adrian Hadley has blasted Springbok 'man of the moment' Jannie De beer after releasing him from his contract with the club.
Even though de Beer is happy to repay money that had already been advanced to him by the club, Hadley said he feels badly let down.

"I know de Beer is supposed to be a devout Christian but in our experience neither his word, nor his signature, seem to count for much," Hadley blasted.

"He was happy enough to sign for us in the summer when he was without a club, after London Scottish had gone and we had planned our season around him"

"Watching what he did to England on Sunday merely rubbed salt into the wound because, while he was enjoying all the glory, we are left trying to find a high-calibre replacement at this advanced state in the season.

De Beer is set to join South African provincial side Blue Bulls in order to retain his place on the test squad.

As yet Sale have not signed a replacement for de Beer but speculation is continuing that another of the World Cup's success stories Gonzalo Quesada, will be joining Sale in the near future.
