The USA National Team, the Eagles, are looking for a new head coach. In an effort to cast a wide net they have turned to a new unusual tactic, use of the Internet. Former head coach Jack Clark announced this past year that he would step down from the position after the USA's attendance of the Rugby World Cup. After their 3 and out performance he followed through with his commitment. Clark though does steadfastly remain at the helm as he retains his title as general manager of all USA National Team programs. Clark is also head coach of one of the USA's premier collegiate rugby programs at the University of California.
position and USA Rugby's National Technical Director. In a USA National Team's press release praising O'Sullivan's contributions to the Eagle program, Clark though took an unexpected swipe at current Irish head coach Warren Gatland when he said about O'Sullivan "He is an accomplished coach with a bright future. If the Irish are smart, they won't delay in naming him their head coach."
