New Zealand transfer period closes

The date by which players were permitted to transfer between New Zealand's Provinces expired on Tuesday evening with the news that 43 players will be on the move.
Amongst the most notable transfers are :
Jonah Lomu: Counties - Manukau to Wellington, which we already knew about
Dallas Seymour: Sevens expert and Wellington back going to to Canterbury
Norman Hewitt: Ex All Black hooker's move from Southland to Wellington has been confirmed (he played the 1999 NPC season for Wellington)
Eugene Morgan: promising Otago prop to Wellington
Lio Falaniko: The Manu Samoan international moves from Otago to North Harbour to replace Ian Jones, now playing in England for Gloucester.
