Gibbs set for Twickenham return
Swansea
February 15, 2000

Welsh centre Scott Gibbs looks certain to start for Swansea in the Welsh Cup 7th round game against Pontypool at St Helens on 26th February in preparation for a return to the test team the following week.
The powerful centre, who injured a hamstring in January, is close to full fitness already, but with the Six nations taking centre stage this weekend will have to wait another week before he can return to action.
"Scott will be fit for the England game," declared Swansea coach John Plumtree. "He's 90 per cent fit now and is making progress with every day. A game or two over the next couple of weeks would bring things together nicely. I would not have any hesitation playing him."
