More injury problems for France
February 26, 2000

Back-rower Lionel Mallier on Saturday withdrew from the French squad to play Scotland in a Six Nations match at Murrayfield on March 4.
The Brive player is suffering from a thigh injury, according to his club coach Francis Leta.
French coach Bernard Laporte said that he would name a replacement on Sunday. Arnaud Costes of Montferrand and Christian Labit of Toulouse are among the leading contenders.
Mallier is the third Frenchman to pull out of the match, following
Abdelatif Benazzi and Alain Penaud.
