Queensland Reds to make changes for Hurricanes clash
February 28, 2000

The Reds are considering several key changes to its side after losing heavily to the Otago Highlanders at the weekend.

Things don't get any easier for the Reds as they contemplate their options for the visit to New Plymouth where they play the Wellington Hurricanes on Saturday night.

Veterans Tim Horan and Michael Foley are considered certainties to return , although Wallaby hooker Foley was last week thought to be out for 3 weeks. The Reds' front row was completely outplayed by the Highlanders' All Black trio of Hoeft, Oliver and Meeuws. The midfield also struggled to find any rhythm and bite behind a badly beaten pack.
