French call up Heymans for Italy game
March 27, 2000

Utility back Cedric Heymans of Agen has been called into the French squad for Saturday's Six Nations match against Italy at the Stade de France.
He replaces Stephane Glas who pulled out Sunday with a groin strain. The uncapped, 21-year-old Heymans was originally named in the French A squad.
Coach Bernard Laporte has several options open for his backline against Italy with the likliest being switching Emile Ntamack from the wing to centre alongside Richard Dourthe and putting David Bory and Philippe Bernat-Salles on the wings. Thomas Castaignede is likely to stay at full-back with Heymans as a replacement.
