All four remaining All Ireland League sides will be able to field full strength sides for this weekend's semi-finals.
With no Munster involvement in the latter stages all the clubs have been able to rest their players over the last week and St Mary's coach, Brett Pope has been able to announce an unchanged side for the fourth match in a row. "Emmet Byrne is back at full speed. He's scrumagging well and he's training well so he strengthens our impact player situation, so that's an ace up our sleeves. I'm happy with the preparation. It's been relatively low key and relaxed."
Mary's opponents Ballymena, who are the first Ulster side to reach the play off stages, will have former Ireland captain Dion O'Cuinneagain at No.8 and facing an enormous clash with Victor Costello.
Sunday' second semi-final will also see Terenure and Lansdowne at full strength.
Terenure will again have their young high quality front row of Steve Barretto, James Blaney and recent Ulster signing, John Campbell on display, while the return of with Colin Potts in the second-row in place of Pat Holden the only change from the side which defeated DLSP last time out.
