Inga in for injured Taione

Newcastle's big Tongan wing Epi Taione has succumbed to injury and will make way for a return of Inga Tuigamala in the team to face Wasps on Saturday.

The giant 21-year-old who joined the Falcons this season and has so far impressed having come to attention with good performances in the Middlesex Sevens was today ruled out with a thigh strain.

Michael Stephenson and Jim Jenner, two other injury worries have come through this week and will start at full-back and number eight respectively.

Newcastle, currently in mid-table on 16 points have Richard Arnold out suspended for this weekend's televised match.

The Falcons will be looking to recapture excellent early league form having gone down to Bath last week.
