The following referees were selected for the Rugby World Cup Seven's to be held in Mar del Plata, Argentina on 26-28 January 2001.

The six referees were chosen from 45 nominations received from IRB Member Unions.

Andy Turner - South Africa
Gary Wise - New Zealand
Scott Young - Australia
