Taylor to lead strong New Zealand A side

Six former All Blacks line up for Tuesday evening's clash with the French Barbarians in Lens.

Tour skipper Glenn Taylor has been named to lead the side, despite earlier reports suggesting that he had been called into the All Blacks squad as cover for the injured Troy Flavell and Norm Maxwell.

Backs Caleb Ralph, Scott McLeod, Tony Brown and Mark Robinson , and forward Royce Willis are the other players who have played for the All Blacks.

This promises to be a tough week for the New Zealand A side , who play Wales A in Cardiff on Friday.
