Charvis cited for "knee drop"
June 30, 2001

Lions flanker Colin Charvis has been
cited after an incident involving prop Nick Stiles after Saturday Test win over the Wallabies.

Charvis, a second half substitute, will face a judiciary hearing at the Queensland Rugby Union on Sunday accused of deliberately using his knees.

He was cited by New Zealand commissioner Steve Hinds over an incident where he appeared to drop his knee into Stiles' ribs as the prop lay on the ground near a ruck.
