Eales, Larkham passed fit
July 3, 2001

Wallaby duo John Eales and Stephen Larkham are fit to play in Saturday's Second Test against the Lions in Melbourne.

Both players trained on Tuesday morning and showed no signs of the injuries they sustained during the 29-13 First Test loss at the Gabba last Saturday. Eales corked his thigh, while Larkham suffered an elbow injury.

The Wallaby team for Saturday will be named on Wednesday, but Wallaby coach Rod Macqueen has ruled out wholesale changes.

One forced change will be the inclusion of Queensland hooker Michael Foley for the injured Jeremy Paul, while Reds fullback Chris Latham is in most doubt with Waratahs fullback Matt Burke pushing hard for a recall.
