August 20, 2001

A world record beating Haka will be staged in the run up to this weekend's clash with South Africa to boost the All Blacks.

One thousand schoolchildren will perform the traditional Maori war dance that the All Blacks do before matches, in Aotea Square in Auckland tomorrow.

The initiative dreamt up by the Auckland Rugby Union and the Heart of the City business promotion group to instil some "Test fever" in Aucklanders.
