Little finger rules out Longwell

Only a matter of hours after his inclusion in the Ireland starting line up for Saturday's Six Nations game against Wales, Gary Longwell has been forced to withdraw after breaking his finger in training.

Longwell had an X-ray after training yesterday only to find that he had fractured the little finger of his left hand.

Malcom O'Kelly will replace Longwell in the team to play Wales and Trevor Brennan has been called into the replacements.
