Otago has beaten North Harbour 37 - 10 in Saturday's second NPC division one semifinal at North Harbour Stadium, Albany.

Otago led the first half 19 - 10, with tries run in by Byron Kelleher and Ryan Nicholas (2) with Tony Brown booting 9 points.

Byron Kelleher and Brendan Laney scored tries in the second half, with Tony Brown landing another 5 points for Otago.

Rico Gear ran in the first try for the home side, with Willie Walker booting 5 points for Harbour.
