Romania appoint new coach

Frenchman Bernard Charreyre has been given the arduous task of reviving the Romanian game after being appointed coach of the national team.

Charreyre, a former assistant coach of the French University team, will stay with the Romanians until April 7, though the cash-strapped Romanian Rugby Federation said they would be looking to arrange a longer term deal after that.
