Morgan delighted with Wales call-up

Wales debutant Craig Morgan was delighted to be called up for the opening Six Nations clash with Ireland.

Morgan, 23, had been poised to make his Test debut in Japan last summer but was invalided out of that tour with knee trouble.

He then suffered an ankle injury which sidelined until November 24, ruling him out of Wales's international programme last autumn but he claims he is now full of confidence.

"I am obviously delighted to have been selected, having overcome a frustrating period with injury. My confidence is back and all I can hope is to contribute fully to a team success in Dublin," Morgan told the Western Mail.
