Sarries target Tigers' trio
May 16, 2002

Zurich Premiership side Saracens have reportedly approached Leicester Tigers' Leon Lloyd, Andy Goode and Adam Balding.

All three of the Welford Road stars have been offered deals with Watford-based club according to the Daily Mail.

Saracens finished a troubled Premiershoip season in a lowly 10th place and are keen to build a squad under the guidance of new coach Wayne Shelford that can offer a serious challenge for silverware next season.

But it is expected they will be hard pressed to lure any of the three from the country's strongest and most-supported club.
