Cockle to face judiciary

London Irish's James Cockle will face a Rugby Football Union disciplinary hearing on October 10.

His hearing follows his sending off against Sale in their 36-14 defeat last Saturday for an alleged stamping offence.

He is charged with stamping, contrary to IRB Law 10 (4) (b).

The case will be heard at the London Bloomsbury Holiday Inn on Thursday 10th October 2002 at 7.00pm.
