Canterbury announce first two Ranfurly defences

The Canterbury Rugby Union has announced the first two Ranfurly Shield challenges for next season.

Second division champion Hawke's Bay and third division winner North Otago will both get a crack at the Log o' Wood.

Canterbury will take on North Otago in Oamaru on July 2nd followed by Hawke's Bay in Christchurch a week later.
