Waratahs belt Cats

The Waratahs have bounced back from their woeful Super 12 start with a 48-36 win against the Cats in Bloemfontein.

The Australians scored six tries to three and led 24-19 at half-time. In a thrilling second half, the Waratahs finally pulled away to a comfortable 12-point advantage with 13 minutes remaining after the Cats had earlier reduced the lead to 31-29.
