Rats down Two Blues to remain undefeated in Shute Shield
May 14, 2005

Three tries to No.8 Hugh Willoughby have helped Warringah to a 37-19 win over Parramatta at Two Blues park in the latest round of Sydney's Schute Sheild.

The home side raced out to a 10-0 lead early, but were soon run down by a dominant Rats outfit.
The winners scored seven tries in all, however the score could have been much more in their favour if they'd managed any more than one conversion for the afternoon.

Sydney Uni and Eastwood remain in the hunt to challenge the Rats for the Shute Shield after wins in round 9, while West Harbour, Easts and Southern Districts were the other victors.

Round 9 results:
Parramatta 19 Warringah 37
Penrith 13 Sydney Uni 60
Easts 34 Norths 20
Manly 0 Eastwood 46
West Harbour 50 Gordon 13
Sthn. Districts 41 Randwick 14
