September 26, 2007

Georgia coach Malkhaz Cheishvili has made eight changes to his starting line-up for Wednesday's World Cup Pool D clash with Namibia in Lens.

Cheishvili has named his strongest team as he seeks to build on the heroic 14-10 defeat against Ireland by registering the nation's first World Cup victory.

Scrum-half Irakli Abuseridze captains the side following the retirement of lock Ilia Zedginidze with a knee injury.

Namibia skipper Kees Lensing returns to the side for the clash at the Felix-Bollaert Stadium.

Lensing missed Saturday's 63-3 drubbing by Argentina because of a toe injury but has made a full recovery and is restored to the front row.

Jacques Nieuwenhuis, who was sent off for a high tackle on France lock Sebastien Chabal, has completed a one-match suspension and features at blindside flanker.
