Italy have made three changes for Saturday's game against Scotland with Sergio Parisse and Martin Castrogiovanni set to make history.

His inclusion is one of three changes from the side that lost to France with Alessandro Zanni and Robert Barbieri also starting. Tommaso Allan keeps the fly-half jersey and will play against Scotland, the team who he played for at Under-20 level.
